SpaceX to Retry Test Launch of Starship Rocket to Mars After Attempt Halted
SpaceX says it will retry a test launch of its prototype for a rocket to Mars. An earlier launch attempt was scrapped today after the engines had already ignited. A fraction of a second before scheduled liftoff at 3:14 p.m. ET, computers on board the Starship called off the launch because of an apparent issue with one of the engines. After evaluating the rocket, SpaceX announced it would make a second attempt later today.
